Yes. A deposit equal to 10% of your total stay is required to confirm your reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to check-in.
For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount (100%) will be charged at the time of booking.
Please note: for non-refundable rate plans, 100% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of the full booking amount.

Because Tammah is a small, boutique property, group stays are handled as a full property buyout rather than traditional group rates. A buyout includes all 11 domes for a multi-night stay and provides exclusive use of the property.

Yes, WiFi is available at Tammah, but it is limited and not designed for heavy use. Because of our location and focus on a more unplugged, nature-forward experience, internet speeds can be slow and inconsistent. We do not recommend relying on the WiFi for work meetings, video calls, streaming, or other bandwidth-heavy activities. Light browsing, email, and basic planning usually work, but guests should plan accordingly if reliable high-speed internet is essential for their stay.
No. The domes are intentionally designed without televisions to encourage a quieter, more immersive stay.
Cooking is not permitted inside the domes, and there is no kitchenette or stove in the units. Each dome is equipped with a mini-fridge, great for storing snacks or leftovers. For outdoor cooking, guests are welcome to use the on-site BBQ area.
We do not offer shuttle or transportation services. Rideshare availability in the area can be limited, so we strongly recommend that guests plan to have their own vehicle during their stay.
Yes. We strongly recommend that all guests have their own vehicle when staying at Tammah. Jackson Hole and the surrounding area are very spread out, and most attractions, trailheads, scenic drives, dining, and services are not easily accessible without a car. Rideshare and taxi options are limited and can be unreliable, especially outside peak hours or seasons. Visiting without a vehicle will significantly limit your ability to explore the area and may create challenges getting to and from the property. Having a car ensures a smoother, more flexible, and more enjoyable stay.
Yes. Tammah welcomes families, and we offer a designated family dome option. There is no additional charge for children 12 and under. Pack ’n Plays are available upon request and based on availability.
Our Welcome Center is staffed daily from 7:00am to 9:00pm.

Yes. We offer a standard 10% commission on room revenue (excluding taxes, fees, and other charges).
